Chia & Peanut Protein Balls


½ cup Hampton Farms Creamy Peanut Butter
½ cup honey
½ teaspoon vanilla
3 cups quick oats
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup raisins
3 tablespoon chia seeds

1. Microwave the peanut butter and honey together for 30 seconds, stir and then
microwave for an additional 30 seconds until melted.
2. Add the vanilla. Stir together.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
4. Scoop out heaping teaspoons and roll into a tight ball. Refrigerate until firm and dry.
